Let me show you how to make something actually delicious. Mead, possibly humanity’s oldest fermented beverage, is our tasty companion in this class. We will learn the ins and outs of mead brewing, from ingredients and equipment acquisition through fermentation, and bottling. We will discuss wild vs cultivated yeasts, try a number of different flavor profiles, take a look at ciders, maple wines and more! Open to students 21 and older.
